These website Terms are separate from any project-specific proposal, quotation, scope of work, agreement, invoice or written terms agreed between Tushar Innovation and a client.
Where a project-specific written agreement contains different terms, the project-specific terms will apply to that engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The information on this website is provided for general information about Tushar Innovation, our services, portfolio and creative work.

Project Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not automatically create a client relationship or contractual obligation.
A project is considered accepted only after relevant project details such as scope, fees, payment requirements, deliverables and timeline have been agreed between Tushar Innovation and the client.
Services, Scope and Deliverables
Every project may involve different requirements.
The agreed scope may define:

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and/or additional time.
Payments
Payments made through the Tushar Innovation website are intended for project amounts that have already been discussed or agreed with the client.
Where applicable, a Platform / Processing Fee may be added to a payment and displayed separately before checkout.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers including PayPal and WooCommerce-supported payment services.
Clients may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments made to Tushar Innovation are generally non-refundable once work on the project has commenced.
When a project is considered to have commenced
A project will be considered to have commenced once Tushar Innovation begins any substantive project-related activity, including but not limited to:
- research
- discovery
- strategy
- concept development
- sketches
- creative exploration
- design development
- production
- revisions
- preparation of project assets
- any other work specifically undertaken for the client
After work has commenced
Once project work has commenced, the client is not entitled to a refund simply because they change their mind, decide not to continue, change direction, postpone the project, stop responding, choose another provider, or no longer require the work.
Payments compensate Tushar Innovation for reserved project time, planning, research, creative work, expertise, administration and work already undertaken.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, amounts already paid will remain non-refundable.
If Tushar Innovation is unable to continue
If Tushar Innovation is unable to continue a project after work has commenced, this does not automatically create a right to a full refund. Any remedy, credit, partial adjustment or other resolution will be considered based on the work already completed, amounts paid, commitments made, the relevant project agreement and applicable law.
No automatic refund once a project has started
There is no automatic refund after a project has started, except where a refund or other remedy is specifically required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Tushar Innovation in writing.
Before work has commenced
Before work has commenced, any cancellation or refund request will be considered individually and may be subject to administrative costs, third-party costs, reserved project time or other commitments already incurred.
Project-specific terms
Any project-specific refund or cancellation terms agreed in writing will take priority over this general website policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original concepts, exploratory work, drafts, unused concepts, working files, creative processes and other materials created by Tushar Innovation remain the property of Tushar Innovation.
Ownership or usage rights for final approved deliverables are determined by the relevant project agreement and generally apply only after applicable project payment obligations have been satisfied.
Third-party materials including fonts, photographs, mockups, stock assets, plugins, software or licensed resources remain subject to the terms and licences of their respective owners.
Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless confidentiality or alternative terms are agreed in writing, Tushar Innovation may display completed work as part of its:
- website portfolio
- case studies
- social media
- presentations
- awards submissions
- marketing and promotional materials
Client names, trademarks, logos and other client-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Displaying client work within our portfolio does not mean that Tushar Innovation owns the client’s business, trademark or underlying intellectual property.
Live Website Projects
Tushar Innovation may link to websites created or designed for clients.
After project delivery, a client or another third party may modify those websites.
Tushar Innovation therefore does not guarantee the future content, operation, security, accuracy, performance or availability of third-party client websites.
Third-Party Services
Tushar Innovation may use or integrate third-party services including hosting providers, WordPress, WooCommerce, PayPal, software, plugins and other online platforms.
We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, security incidents, account restrictions or other matters outside our reasonable control relating to third-party services.
Blog and Insights Content
Articles, insights and educational content published on the Tushar Innovation website are provided for general informational and creative purposes.
